Never worked on a F150, but have broken into several 2007 GM Products. (It was work related, don't worry) I ended up using a couple of wooden wedges to work the upper corner of the door open enough to slide a 6 ft long piece of brake pipe into the truck and pull the keys from the ignition and out through the opening in the door. The GM Products don't have a manual lock you can pull up and the security systems won't let the power locks work if you try to press the unlock button. Good Luck
