Go to Wal-Mart buy the $15 phone..... remove the SIM card from the package, and then sell the Phone for $10. No paying for S&H and best of all no waiting for it.
Can you use an AT&T phone contract on a prepaid service?

why didnt the sales rep from att tell us that we could fry our SIM cards by entering the PUK code too many times?
