    If you have an AT&T account, I just went up to an AT&T store, and they gave me one. FREE. Just call first. Dealers may not do this.

    Go to Wal-Mart buy the $15 phone..... remove the SIM card from the package, and then sell the Phone for $10. No paying for S&H and best of all no waiting for it.
