    yes, the cheat i use most often is god mode which allows you to reuse scrolls and cast spells successfully without losing magicka. open the console by hitting the ~ key. then type "tgm" which stands for toggle god mode. god mode is on! There are also console commands to add items, add creatures, move people, just about anything! Do a goodle search or visit: uesp.net This site recently changed it's format alot! It is a bit harder to use than it used to be, but click on Morrowind on the left for every bit of help you will ever need.
