How do you link a Motorola razor to an Emerson EM235 bluetooth headset? Just bought the headset but did not get instructions

First you have to charge the bluetooth. On your phone, go to TOOLS, then BLUETOOTH. Once your bluetooth is charged, turn it on. Then hit OK on your phone for it to search for the device. It should show on your phone that is found the EM235. Just follow the instructions from there on your phone.
