I am making an attempt to match my clothes. What color shoes go with dark pants (black or dark blue khakis), and what color shoes go with light pants (tan or off-white khakis)?

• I usually wear dark brown shoes with navy pants. But I don't wear navy pants too much, because they bring me bad luck. I only wear them if they look exceptionally hot on me.

• I do believe a good luck charm and black farrigamos, are always beneficial. I have worn red shoes with navy, but I don't think they have quite the right effect when men wear them.

• Definitely skip the red shoes if you plan to look for women! 8D I could see a well-worn pair of red Speery Top-siders for sailing, but they can't be shiny, new red ones.
