  • Well I wouldn't recommend doing them while in the act of trying to get pregnant, but during preganancy go for it. At least until your abdomen gets to the point where you can't do it anymore.
  • Yeah , if you want the baby to come out like a z-bed.
  • Yeah, you can in theory. In practise once you're pregnant you'll probably be too sick to move at first and then too fat to move later on.

  • If you are passed your 2nd trimester you should def stop doing sit ups. There are other core exercises you can do for balancing though to keep you strong. Also, lying flat on your back is a bad idea.Always at an incline when you workout.
