You could always use a Tequila IV. Or you could drink two Long Island Iced Teas and wait patiently for the fun to... What were we talking about again? Wooooo!

If it takes 10 shots of vodka to get one drunk, it only takes 4 shots of 100% alcohol. I bet you could do that in 4 seconds. (DO NOT TRY THIS!)

The fastest way is to "hot-knife" and inhale the vapour ... you pour a shot into a small glass, torch a kitchen knife blade untill it glows hot, dip the hot blade into the shot glass, as the cloud of alcohol vapour rises in a puff, inhale it ... you will be drunk before you exhale ... of course, it will not last very long since it is such a tiny amount, so to stay drunk, pour a shot, "hot-knife" a bit of it, swallow what is left, pour another ... repeat as required ...

drink through you azz is the fastest way to get drunk...you can go from 0 to .16 BAC in 15 minutes with just one beer...but don't do it...it is EXTREMLY dangerous...the reason is that the alcohol doesnt go through your liver so nothing is filter...happy drinking...

Uh, I suppose Everclear on an empty stomach. But I guess the fastest way to get drunk "pleasantly" would be to just drink doubles one after another - scotch and sodas, vodka and tonics, you get the point. Remember: beer will not play a part in any part of this event.
