Does a long sleeve blue and white striped dress shirt go with solid black dress pants or solid brown dress pants?

It would go with either black or brown..but I think it would sharper with the black slacks.

black. light brown may seem good.

Black would be nice. Brown would have to be the right shade. Nothing too dark- that would clash.
