Almost all of them. Martian Manhunter has a number of powers that are common to green Martians, the species to which he belongs. Or rather, were common, since Manhunter is the last of his kind. Green Martians were naturally telepathic, could shapeshift, and were very long-lived (an average of three thousand Earth years). Martian Manhunter also has powers above and beyond the average Martian. These include super-strength (a little less than Superman's), super-durability, and modest super-speed. His vast telepathic and psychic powers, combined with shapeshifting, give him other related powers--for instance, his 'martian vision' is actually a highly-focused telekinetic pulse, and his complete control over his physical form down to the molecular level lets him turn invisible, intangible, and rapidly heal himself by simply rearranging his bodily structure. He also has superhuman senses and intelligence. Many say that Martian Manhunter has too many powers, that he is a throwback to an earlier age in comic books where simplistic writers tried to 'top' each other's characters by piling on as many powers as they could think of. Martian Manhunter is more than just his powers, though. He is the reliable, solid heart of the Justice League (he's always been a member of every incarnation), and the goal to which he has been most consistently devoted is the proper training of the 'next generation' of super-heroes--probably because he knows, thanks to his long life-span, that his current allies will not always be there to keep him company. And the company of other heroes has always been a substitute for the family and the people he lost.
