It possibly can be fixed. Remove the battery as quickly as you can. If the antenna come off, remove that, too. You want to remove as much as you can. If there are little screws or anything, remove those, too. Wash off all the non-electronic parts in water and set out to dry. Then, get some very pure isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and completely submerge your phone in it for an hour or so. Swish it around a bit. Then let dry for 24 hours. Reassemble and it might work.

I'd send it to the great big mobile phone graveyard in the sky...trust me its dead :(

Take it to pieces, pull the battery out, and then stand each piece in a glass full of DRY rice. Leave it there for 24 hours. The rice is supposed to help dry out the milk, and if it still doesn't work after 24 hours I would place it in a warm place for another couple of days. That's what I did when my Mp3 player and phone fell in water, and it worked.

Drop it in some cookies to absorb the moisture! Really tho, open it up and leave it somewhere where there is a lot of air circulation and it may dry out depending on the phone. If you get some functions back (a button or two) then it is likely that all function will eventually return.
