How many points do we actually loose for unsuccesful moderation flags? I calculate it to be 3 (http://www.answerbag.co.uk/a_view/1879033) but a CL says its 10 (http://www.answerbag.co.uk/q_view/474682)

The Community Leader is right. You lose 10 points if your flags keep getting rejected and every so forth. The penalties come more often if you continue to flag unreasonably. I also had this as well. I lost 10 points once when I saw the e-mail.
