circumsise (if thats what you meant) is when a dr. cuts of the end of a baby boys foreskin. in the old days, they did it for hygene, but now days they know that its not better or worse, its up to the parents if they want their son circumsised or not. most parents make this decision based on whether the father of the boy has been done or not, or religious beliefs. (im pretty sure jews all get circumsised) hope this helps.
