When you press Print Screen, you have to have the Shift key on - this catches everybody at first.

As the first poster says, click the 'print screen' button, but I don't like paint to paste it into personally. It's not very user-friendly. I suggest you use either 'wordpad' or 'MS word'. Those give you freedom to resize the image so that the whole thing prints for you. This is all assuming you're using a PC and not a MAC. Open the wordpad or word, either 'right click', then 'paste' or choose 'edit' at the top of the page, then 'paste', or ctrl+v.
