Uh nah. I don't care either way. But, Tina Turner might be having a party (I base this on what I saw in that one movie about their relationship).

I actually liked some of his music with the Rhythm Rockets but since they hadn't done anything since the mid-late 50's. He may as well been for the last 40+ years.

Can't say that I'm broken up about it. A woman beater died, good for him. I'd say the world might just be a little better today.

I think that because of Ike being such a bastard to Anna Mae, that he actually helped her grow and become a stronger person. As the expression goes "what does not kill you, makes you stronger". He was a cruel and hard-hearted man I am sure but he has paid the price for his sins and he is resting in God's memory and that is fine with me.

I think it's sad when anyone dies. I have no idea what demons possessed him..but his life didn't seem a very happy one.

I didnt hear about that. He was an abuser to himself and his wife, Tina. His karma will follow him. I bear him no ill will but since he was another human being, and someones dad I think, I do feel for his families loss.

Not sad. He didn't really have a great effect on me, exccept for introducing Tina Turner to us. Tina has put out a statement that she hasn't spoken to him in 30 years, so I guess, although she will feel something, it won't be devastating for her. She was well rid of him. He was not a nice man. Brilliant muso but poor human being. Ask all his ex-wives. Tina was No3.
