Anywhere such environments exist, mosquitoes could potentially live. Anywhere such environments do not, mosquitoes could potentially not live. However, mosquitoes have been reported in all areas of the world outside of the poles.

Anywhere at all that there is stagnant water. They also breed in the water that collects in old tires, or any other stagnant, persistant puddle.
