Andy, He must have been in Claremont ( the locals call that the armpit of NH) or in Troy ( The locals call that the incest capital of the world) Both places are as your friend described. I woulsd say Vermont is more like the South than NH but I went to school in NH so maybe I can't see my own reflection in the mirror lol.
