In NM I have a retirement fund that hasn't been touched and not considered community property. Would it be wise to take out money from that accout and to buy a house and put the house in my sons name? I'm hoping no one buys the house I w

My wife and I have had a seperation agreement since 2003. We were to split the 401k 50/50 which at the time was 51,000/51,000. I have not done anything with this yet and she has not asked about it. What are my options?

My stb ex has applied to withdraw his retirement in NC he earned during the marriage, is there a way to stop him from getting it before the divorce is final, since i'm entitled to some of it. and being he owes back child support and is currently not payin
