  • i think it all depends on the situation and who it was, but most likely i would suck it up and admit that i was wrong and try to make amends.
  • I praise the other person for their attention to detail and enlist them in fixing the problem.
  • When I was working I found that a unilateral declaration of fault took the wind right out of the bosses sails. When it comes to relationships I don't think it would be much of a relationship if I couldn't recognise fault and apologise.
  • I screwed up badly on Thursday, worried about it most of the night, and first thing on Friday went to explain myself and say sorry. If I am in the wrong I will be the first to admit it and apologise :-)
  • I hate admitting that I'm wrong. I will usually try to make amends after about a day or two.
  • Rosie, I called some girl in high school a year ago( I graduated in 84) to apologize to her. I want to leave this world with apologizing to everyone I've hurt first
  • If I screw up badly, I am really p*ssed at myself. I apolojize as soon as I realize it.
  • I try not to get to the place of screwing up badly
  • I would definitely apologize for screwing up so badly, and then I'll go somewhere by myself and yell at myself for screwing up!
  • it depends on who I screwed up on... if it's someone I wouldn't normally hurt for the life of me, then I try to make amends where I can, if it really matters. If it's someone I really couldn't give a monkey's about then... maybe not. I'd leave that to my conscience.
  • I'll admit when I'm wrong, and even apologize.. but only once. I'm not going to beg for forgiveness.
  • I apologize and try to make things right.
  • I am the first one to admit it when I am wrong.
  • I'm the type to say I'm sorry first and even when I'm unsure about the mistake + 5
  • When I did it, I readily admit it.
  • I am stubborn and blinded by my own pride sometimes and it hurts me far worse than anyone else. As I have gotten older I have squashed this habit down to a nub.. I still can be immature and not bend at the moment I should but I almost always go back and try and make things right if I was ignorant and did not do it in the moment.
  • I would rather be honest and tell the truth. Honesty is gold. If you keep lying and never admitting that you may have been the problem, you lose your identity. In our lives we constantly have to grow and learn from our mistakes. A baby can't start walking and talking right away; he/she needs to stumble and fall before he/she learns to be steady on their feet. Same thing with our emotions and mind. We will always be unstable and insecure of ourselves when we are dishonest. There is no one that's perfectly right in an argument. An argument is based on a matter of an opinion. When it comes to facts, they need to be shown that they're right.
  • I don't like bad feeling amongst people so i would apologize straight away and try to sort the problem out
  • I'm sure there are many things I owe an apology for. However, it's hard to keep up with all the bad things in life. If someone comes and tells me how I have hurt them, I will apologize readily if I feel they are telling the truth and are quite affected by something I might have said. I would only apologize if I sincerely meant it, though.......at least, I hope I would.
