It isn't exactly their specialism, but practically all my heels are from a company called Schuh (http://www.schuhstore.co.uk) and in general they beat any other brand I've tried hands down for comfort and "walkability", they also do a good range of sizes, (and some nice trainers and boots as well as dressier stuff). A girl I know who worked as a stripper used to swear by www.SexyShoes.co.uk for killer heels you could dance all night in, although if you're looking for something for wearing around the office, it might not be the place!

You can find them, but it takes work. I find a shoe with a very small platform on the front of the shoe and a heel, but not too high is great.

Dansko has some high heeled styles. They are known for comfort.

I really like the brand Soft (Sold at Macy's, not sure where else. They are comfortable, they have tons of padding and they have suppord for the arch of the foot. They are very cute and comfortable. They can be a little pricey, depending on your budget, somewhere near $100 to $150 at full price. (Though Macy's is never at regular price.)

The best solution may be to buy special insoles. There's a company called Insolia which makes patented insoles that shift weight off of the ball of the foot back to the heel by placing the foot in the optimal position for high heels.
