  • Laws may differ, but where I'm from it's legal to kill animals on your land if they are messing up your property. Ex: Like deer if there are too many on your land and they are eating your crop.
  • Where I live, you need a permit before you can do anything so I would say no.
  • It is illegal in most every state and county to kill an animal that has a season on it without a proper license. If some animal is damaging your property, you have to report the damage and get a special permit if it's out of season.
