  • Tried and tested(lol) whisky, honey, lemon juice(pure) and hot water, wonderful. If the symptons persist take more of the same, go to bed and sleep.
  • Panadol cold and flue... works with your sikness.. or Lemon juice that will really help... and you can take Panadol and drink Limon
  • Dayquil always worked for me when I had a bad head cold.
  • Use a humidifier while you sleep. It should make your throught moister, so your nose won't need to, so you won't have to blow your nose as much. Sleep with your head propped with 4 or 5 pillows so your sinusus don't get backed up. Also, mix up a bowl with two cups of warm water and a quarter teaspoon of salt. make sure the stuff dissolves. Then take a small bulb syrienge and suck up as much salt water as possible. Lean over the sink, don't tip your head back. Insert the syrienge into your nose about as far as the width of a finger, but push it in less if it is painful. It will be a little uincomfortable- squeeze the bulb slowly so the water gently squirts into your nose. Let it drain. Do this twice for each nostril, It may sound gross but it really helps
  • it's daytime Nyquil. I used it back in the 70s.
