How come that our microsoft outlook web access in Windows Server Exchange 2003 become a spam in yahoo mailbox?

Assuming that you are not sending out SPAM, the Exchange server may be using an IP address that belongs to a dynamic assigned range (even if it is assigned statically). I'd check with your ISP to be sure. Also, your Exchange server could be an open relay. Test here http://www.spamhelp.org/shopenrelay/
