I have a 2008 rav4. i need to get to power outlet fuse. i can see the fuse box under the dash but how do i get assess to it?

Some vehicles have a removable panal on the end if the dash. The manual shows the fuseblock on the 07 on the drivers side. Some have you remove the knee bolster panel. Did you try the manual? Good Luck
