Wobble doesn't say much. It could be the wheel bearings or depending on the type of rim, it could be a bent rim. It could be a loose tie rod end. You might try jacking up just that wheel with the jack on the axle. Rotate the tire by hand and see if it wobbles. If it does, take the wheel off and see if the hub wobbles when you turn it. If it wobbles, rock it from the end and see if there is any looseness in the bearings. That might mean that your bearings are bad and need replacing. If it's tight the hub is bent and it would need replacement. If the wheel wobbles and the hub doesn't, then the wheel needs to be replaced. If the wheel doesn't wobble, grab it at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock and rock it back and forth and see if there is play in it. That could be tie rod end or suspension parts of some kind. That's when you take it to a shop if you don't know what you are getting into.

Insufficient data ... it could be loose lug nuts, not balanced, not alligned, loose or worn out and almost slipping ball joint or tie-rod, bearings in the hub, or even a manufacturer's defect.
