If you listen to an audio book, do you claim you read it? Or do you make the distinction? Do you see a big deal, or not? :-D

I usually lie and say i read the book and listened to the Person on the Audio but that is all a lie...lol. i get bored with listening to people read very slow on audio tapes.

I listen to audio books at work and read at home. I usually don't make a distinction between the two. I don't say 'I heard a good book'. I don't know why. But I don't think it is a big deal.

I've actually never listened to an audio book, I don't think I would focus on it (my thoughts would begin to wander on me...) but I don't see there really being any distinction from the two. It doesn't matter how you recieved the information, as long as it was recived :)
