a citizen's arrest is actually just a myth, well at least in Australia it is. Only qualified security personnel such as the police can apprehend a person.

MrMagoo, I am sorry you are getting impatient about this issue. Asking three times in a few minutes will not mean your question will answered any faster. I am not intending to be rude, but asking three times (and the last time in what is considered to be rude capitals) will not ensure your success. What you will find, is that when someone on here knows the answer, you will get one. Have you tried looking at the immigration department's website?

Generally, citizen arrests laws apply only to local and state law violations. if this is true, then citizen arrest laws would not pertain to illegal immigrants, A definite answer cannot be given at this time, until further research has been achieved.

Yes, however, you must arrest him/her in the act of commiting a crime and the easiest way to do this is while they are working because undocumented workers commit a felony if they are gainfully employed. Remember, if an illegal is working in the good 'ol USA, A LEGAL AMERICAN IS OUT OF A JOB!!!

Yes you can. An illegal alien has no U.S. Rights under the constitution and any rights whatsoever. The best place we all know them to be is in the work place. Arrest them there, and call ICE, or turn them in at your local police department. Make sure you know that they are actually illegal, restraining them when they are legal is a felony for you! Felonious Restraint. I think if you are successful, you get $100.00/Head -- Good Luck and dont let mexicans take all of our jobs that we need sooo bad!
