I found this answer in an ID this pill forum: I've had no luck finding this imprint. C 119 is famotidine 20 mg, and C 120 is famotidine 40 mg, both manufactured by Par Pharmaceuticals. I'd wager that this is the OTC dose of 10 mg. But I can't be certain at all. This is only a guess. I imagine one of the pill id gurus like 'Stallion' or 'Kirby' may be able to definitively answer this question. Then, I found Kirby's answers: Hi dtrex71, I agree with mitomac's guess that C 118 is over-the-counter 10 mg famotidine. But I can't find definite proof. All the databases I have access to don't have this imprint. But that's not unusual. OTC imprints are hard to find, especially when they are relatively new. I will call Par Pharmaceutical this week. When I get an answer, I'll post again. Kirby's Later Post: I spoke with both Par Pharmaceutical and Dr. Reddy's Labs today. Par does not distribute any OTC drugs and doesn't know what C 118 is but did refer me to Dr. Reddy's. Dr. Reddy's rep has no information on C 118 and doesn't think it's Dr. Reddy's pill. But she will check with corporate since it's possible that she doesn't have all the imprints. If she finds more info, she will call me back this week. Sorry - but the mystery is still unsolved. [Edit] Later in the discussion, I found: Round pink tablet imprinted C 118 is 10 mg famotidine made by Dr. Reddy's Labs. Source: http://www.pharmer.org/node/732

Based on color and imprint, C 118 might be OTC 10 mg famotidine - generic Pepcid AC. this is only a guess based on color and the facts that C 119 is 20 mg famotidine, and C 120 is 40 mg famotidine made by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and distributed by Par. It's reasonable that Par

my mom just gave me some - hoping it's an antacid you take before eating, but she said if it's not that it's a children's aspirin. Let me know which one it is if you know. According to the last comment, I would say it's probably pepcid also.
