Ok so I don't know whether this can even relate to girls. But with a guy, when you are peeing, you can stop peeing. You sorta tighten your penis. I don't know how similar it is to girls. But that muscle that tightens it is basically the pulsing muscle you feel when you are ejaculating. But you can't control it once it goes off. Well, i guess i can answer for myself since ive read it differs.

Before the orgasm starts, I mean, when I know an orgasm is coming, I start to feel the same as when you scratch a spot that has been itching you for a long time, but far more intense. The orgasm happens when that feeling travels all the way down to the perineum, and it becomes even more intense, invading the testicles and the anus. That last for 2 seconds. No one can answer this question for sure (at least I hope not), but I'm fairly sure that the female and male orgasm feel about the same. That's about the only way I can describe it. We were made the same way despite our sexual organs, so our orgasms should feel about the same. The only factor that's different is the time it takes to reach that state.

I've been enjoying wonderful orgasms since I was 5! Before puberty, I was multi-orgasmic. I always experienced at least 3-4 super-intense dry orgasms in rapid succession.
