My RCA TV attached to an RCA DVD/VCR player and bunny ears cannot hold the signal and constantly "flicks" the picture when watching TV, video, or DVD. It's getting worse. How can I fix this?

I have a Broksonic regular tv and the remote doesn't work suddenly. I tried universal remotes and they don't wok either. Do i have to replace the remote device on the set or get another Broksonic remote
