Why do some guys say it's okay for girls to be lesbians/bisexuals, but it's not okay for guys to be bisexual or gay? It's the same thing.. anyone agree?

Hmmm, well i think its more to the fact males think that a lesbian or bisexual would let them into their sexual lives with their female partner than anything else, im not saying that they would but that is it really and they dont usually want to witness gay behaviour becuase "it makes them less manly"

I agree with you. This is a hypocritical bias, caused by several factors. First, guy enjoy watching lesbian porn, so they have no problem with girls being lesbians because they hope that they can join in on the action. Unfortunately, being a gay male isn't acceptable because our society has strict standards of masculinity, and gay men aren't seen as manly (which is a laughable idea because many Roman soldiers were partnered to each other, and no one would accuse them of being unmanly).

I believe there are some guys and some gals that say just about anything about about everything because there are a lot of guys and gals to pick from - don't you agree? +5. As to so your question it is the same thing if you think it is and is not if you believe not. Myself I see what is the same and I also see some differences and to why some guys would say so I would surmise that one reason, but not he only is that some guys see one as a dream and the other as not.

Not that I give a damn what anyone else does in their bedroom, but I don't feel the same about both. Naked woman = hot 2 naked women = hotter naked guy = not 2 naked guys = yuck I think women having sex is hot, all the curves in the right places, mmm. Guys? All lumpy and hairy. Sex involving men is kinda gross even when it involves women. I even think less of my wife for having sex with me. ;-{( But not enough to stop. ;-{)

Straight or bisexual guys or closeted homosexuals often cannot face the fact that they might have some gay orientations because for a man sexual identity is important to feel macho and one of the lads. I am of the opinion that some straight guys are 100% straight but many arn't. The other reason is more simple and its simply because straight men can relate to having sex with a women more so lesbians make sense to them. Have you ever heard a man saying 'if i was a women i'd be lesbian' lol

Because guys exist in a pretty competitive environment where the other guys around them are often looking for things to make fun of. He can say that it's OK for girls to be lesbians or bisexuals without much consequence. If he says it's OK for guys to be gay or bisexual, it's very possible that someone will use that statement as an opportunity to accuse him of being gay.

Because people, in this case some guys, think that everything in the world depends on what they are sexually attracted to. It is quite annoying ( On that note, as a bisexual girl I'm sick of guys assuming that I will make out with a girl for them or something -- anytime I've made out with a girl, it was because we liked each other, not because we wanted to turn someone on) And yes, I agree with you.
