I'd bump up the floor age to 25, since I feel grad school should be the educational level to shoot for if one is intent on supporting a group of people in today's world. Bachelor's degrees don't cut it.

Personally ,for me ,I think 27 :-)

After 30. You don't really come into your own until then. You change and grow so much in your 20's that you run the risk of growing apart rather than together.
