I've gone through over the past several years. The water quality has always been pretty good. What I didn't like on the older ones is that they would discontinue a filter type after a couple of years, so I'd have to get a new one. They've gotten much better about that over the past several years.

I give it an 11! I love my Brita pitcher. I have been using it for over 10 years. I have NEVER bought a bottle of water!
