Use a tweezers and apply pressure to the opposing sides pushing away from the splinter and try to open the gash that the splinter is in so that the tweezers will be able to work most effectively.

uh.. how are you typing, lol? if you can't get it out w/ tweezers, try going to the doctor so he can remove it. my dad did that once...

If you can't get it with tweezers..I use a sterilized need or pin.

Agree with everyone on needle and tweezers and Dr. Don't forget to boil it out with peroxide when you get it out, don't want infection and the peroxide is good for deep wounds; follow with antibiotic ointment.
