yes I do. being brave is a day-to-day thing, keeping fear at bay.

for some fear is not an option and courage comes effortlessly.

What if someone is fearful and runs to avoid the fear (easy to do) but in doing so, their fear grows and gets bigger and the more they run the bigger it gets, so in the end they have to face( and overcome) a bigger fear than the person (who had courage to begin with) had to overcome - ? They have to face the (now bigger) fear - inevitable, and that takes courage, just took a bit longer.
