When I think of 70's music I think of Abba because I was mad about the when I was a wee girl....dont know how you would desribe their genre...Glam rock is also up there..Slade,Bay city rollers (cringe!!!)

Mainstream. Rock "came togther" after being "out there" during the late sixties and early seventies. The breakup of the Beatles, deaths of influential artists like Jim, Jimi, and Janis all brought the rock world together.....until discomania.
