Drink prune juice. Most days, a few cups of coffee works for me.

Eat high fiber foods. Start looking on labels for things that contain Dietary Fiber. Raisins, Dried Cranberries, carrots, beans, oatmeal, whole grain bread, rice, barley, most other grains, cabbage, beets, Brussels sprouts, turnips, cauliflower and apple skin.
