First, I'm making an effort to see if my own views match those of the Founding Fathers before attempting anything stupid. Once I have a sure foundation in my cause I will make that appeal more loud and clear to the government that not only are my views Constitutional but that they are under oath to uphold the Constitution. If they continue to ignore it or say "we can agree to disagree" that's just proof they can care less. I would say the time to revolt is soon. They are using the military to push people around across the world, they are using the FBI and local police to push people around at home. But first I would appeal to states such as Alaska to Declare Independence. I would push an outcry, I would have people arrest police officers instead of shooting them. I would force the government to fire the first shot, into a crowed of armed, yet peaceful Americans. But the time is close, because the government is ignoring our rights more and more, they are crapping the value of the dollar to fund wars in other lands to give rights to people in Iraq while our own rights are being violated by them. I will point out that the Second Amendment was specifically given so that the people could overturn a standing army.
