I do as well, I think having something to look forward to would make it better but work is boring me silly at the moment.

Without knowing the specifics of your situation I might recommend in order to improve the quality of your sleep time: A comfortable matress, a dark (good shutters or curtains) and noise-free environment might help as well. A daily routine of exercise in the morning might motivate you too.

I used to have that problem and set a clock radio on the other side of the room. It would turn on loud playing music I didn't like and would get me up to turn it off. I had a 50% success rate with this cause half the time I would go back to bed. lol

Have children, For five years they will get you out of bed earlier than you could possibly need. Until, of course, they go to school, at which point they will be impossible to get out of bed. So you have more children to start you all off in the morning.

Anytime your not able to sleep until whenever you want its rough to get outta bed...no matter how early Ive gone to sleep the night before!
