The same reason women of other ethnicities may have chest hair: genetics or hormones.

I can assure you that this is not limited to African American Women. I have dated several Caucasian women with some chest hair.

never seen that on any african american female except what is considered peach fuzz which most if not all humans have. I would guess if one had chest hair it could mean they have an over abundance of testosterone in their system. Or some other hormonal imbalance that could produce body hair on the chest.

I have dated African American women and haven't seen it yet. Nor have I seen it on any race of woman I have dated.....not yet lol

Do they??? ive never seen a woman with chest hair yet, occasionally women get hair around their nipples but that isnt only African women, this happens to all races.,

I've never heard of or seen African American women having chest hair. Actually, I've never heard of any women of any race having chest hair. Maybe your eyes were playing tricks on you.
