  • great full timer = $300 great part timer = $150 lackluster part timer = $50
  • Fair? To whom? You want to appear fair to all the employees? Do they all share your perception about their performance? You might find yourself losing the lackluster part-timer if you don't give them the same as the other part-timer; whether this is a blessing in disguise is another matter entirely. On the other hand, you might lose the great part-timer if you don't reward them at a higher level. This is a no-win situation, really. Unless you have a pre-arranged and well communicated distribution plan for such rewards and bonuses, it might not be worth the headaches it causes. Unless you can tie it to performance such as commission sales, it will cause friction, decrease morale and reduce productivity as the employees waste valuable time discussing their opinions of whatever method you choose. For $500, you could take them all and their dates/life partners out for a bang-up meal at an up-market restaurant .
  • full timer: 250 part timer: 150 lackluster: 100
  • 250.. 150.. 100
  • $300 for full times, $150.00 for great part timer and $50 for lackluster. That is fair...
