I agree, but then doesnt that give mugabe some sort of perverse power, quite frankly I am surprised that he is still alive with the way he treats his people :o)

yes he is doing the right thing and the other gutless EU leaders should be doing the same ...but they won't they haven't got the balls to ....same as the U.N. gutless wankers all of them ...and no if no one turns up it will show the rest of the world and Mugabe what a total despot and waste of space he really is and that would really get up his nose

Good for Gordon Brown. If there was oil in Zimbabwe CNN and Fox News would have been instructed to make sure that their audience had enough background information to support an invasion. Unfortunately there is no such attraction to the country so he carries on getting away with racism against other African ethnic groups and theft from those of European extraction.

No doubt, all the people complaining about Bush should take a look at Mugabe and see the crimes he has committed against his people and the destruction of his country he has caused. When you turn your country from an exporting food source for the region to a country starving and in need of aid merely due to your own racism, you are a leader who should be charged with crimes against humanity.

That was a chicken shit move on Gordon Brown's part. It's like admitting that he doesn't care that Mugabe is there or not and that he doesn't have the guts to address the issue that this guy has hijacked their government and won't let it go. I know my president doesn't really care either about this since after all he is a son of a Bush. That said, it looks like international assistance will be needed to topple his regime.

No. Mugabe should be confronted whenever possible. All of the EU leaders should go and demand he, Mugabe, take responsibility for his actions and undo what he has done to his country.
