  • Don't know about the best but I'm a big fan of Zicam. Comes on these q-tip type things that you swab around inside your nostrils. Really seems to help.
  • Vitamin C (and lots of it), Zicam, Echineca (sp?) and lots of extra rest.
  • Lots of rest and fluids!
  • Chicken noodle soup.
  • Try a rapid change of body temperature. Going back and forth to/from a hot steam bath or sauna to/from a cold tank or pool of water ... or even just standing in a shower and varying the water from as hot as you can stand it to as cold as you can stand it ... back & forth ... this will disrupt the ability of germs and viruses to multiply, since they want a constant temperature ... this, however will have no effect at all on your immune system, it will NOT be slowed by temperature change, so it will continue to wipe out your body's invasion, while your invaders are made to hesitate. Also, STOP the consumption of dairy products, although nutritious, milk contains small amounts of genetic material designed by nature to help turn a calf into an adult bovine. When humans consume milk products, this bovine material DOES interfere with the human immune system, and it makes the body more easy for germs and viruses to invade and make you sick. ... and then, try, as mentioned, plenty of fluids, vitamin C, and so on.
