Well i dont exactly know what your talking about but i will try to my ability to answer it correctly. if your talking about were like in the yard it would be best to plant it by itself with nothing else around it . you dont want to mix it with other plants. because it will stifle its growth .but the best place would be were theres good soil. and the best time to plant it would be were it can recieve at least 6 to 8 hours of sunlight. but if your talking about it in the other way. it really depends on were you live at and what your climate is like. different places in the world requires different things.
