Why is it culturally and socially accepted to mock certain religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, etc...) but not others (Wiccan, atheism,etc...)?

actually it's quite acceptable to mock Atheism, Christianity, Wiccans and the Jedi.

It just depends on the cultural environment where you are acting. It can also change with time and extern event.
