yes, no, yes and no. The scariest animal is the human being.
-
That might explain why Sharon Stones husband was attacked by one a couple of years ago. Scary, I would accept that assessment.
-
yes I have seen one. It was in a zoo. As far as the other question, I refer you to DisEnchanted.

I have seen one in a zoo. I have, though, a long tie with Indonesia and some knowledge of the animals of the region. The Komodo is a type of monitor lizard, a larger version of the goannas of Australia. It is about the size of a salt water croc and just as dangerous. A bite from one can kill simply because it is a carrion eater and its mouth is full of rotting meat. That being said, however, it cannot be the scariest animal to walk the planet earth, as it is only found on a few very small islands of Indonesia. They do not have good hearing, or sense of smell, using their tongues to detect scents. Their eyesight, though, is very good, and they can swim and run very fast (though in short spurts). Occasionally they have been known to attack humans, but most humans eaten are bodies unearthed from graves. I would think that saltwater crocs are much more dangerous. We, in Australia, lose a few people and lots more stock, to crocs in Northern Australia each year. The northern beaches are also dangerous to swim in for this reason. These crocs will even attack small boats, and will go down rivers well into the interior, as long as the water is still salty enough. but I agree with DisEnchanted. Humans are far more dangerous, doing more damage to species like Komodo Dragons than Komodos do to humans.

Scary things...I believe it! I have only seen one on T.V. with Steve Irwin. They have an abundance of bacteria. Steve said even a scratch from it can kill you.

Yes on TV, not in real life Women in general should not go too near them, on their period or not, men either for that matter Yes, they have a short burst that can catch animals off guard that would usually leave it in the dust It's pretty freaky, but I think Michael Jackson is the scariest animal to walk the Earth

Yes...No...Yes...And you are for asking dumb questions! Try typing in Komodo Dragon in Google and "Read" up on it!!! You might learn a few things and not need to ask dumb questions.

Its a big lizard with a highly toxic bite the enzymes in the saliva is whats dangerous there is so much bacteria in the mouth that being bitten by one and not treated correctly with proper medical aid you are at risk of dying they do move quickly and are agressive they have been known to kill small adults and children ,but the biggest problem over there is the lack of proper medical care ......when Steve Irwin was over there the fact of where he was and lack of medical aid was more scarier to him then the animal itself , he knew if he was bitten by one of these buggers that he was in big trouble because of where he was ....he was more relaxed in Australian waters knowing we had excellent medical aid at 1st hand if he ever needed it ..so catching crocs as dangerous as it was he was more at ease..in his own country...just ashame that no matter how much advanced 1st aid we have in Australia he still died here it all came down to luck because had the barb of the sting ray got him anywhere else but the heart he would still be wrestling crocs today and saving our beautiful enviroment and I agree HUMANS ARE THE DEVASTATIONAL PREDETORS OF THE WORLD ....this is something we need to fix to survive MOTHER NATURE can only do so much its up to us to improve and save the planet ,animals and plant life depend on us ........RBB
