It is pretty close, they have very small quotas, and the political party in control right now has a fairly rascist platform. It includes billboards with white sheep kicking a black sheep over the border that reads 'Keep Switzerland Secure'.

About 20% percent of the swiss residents are foreigners. So i don't think that it is that stringent. Nor is racism a big problem in our coutry.

no, Switzerland has signed bilateral agreements with all EU countries so if you are a EU citizen, you can live and work here. I work at a swiss company. two out of 12 people are swiss in my lab.
