How many species of spider in the UK are capable of biting humans?

In Britain there are about 600 species of spiders. There are no poisonous or deadly native spiders. There has been cases of people been bitten by either the common garden spider (This bite will probably result in localised swelling and slight itching) or the false widow spider, where one report claims that someone was hospitalised. I have never been bitten, nor have I ever heard of anyone else been bitten either.
