I have a 99 Eldorado with dual climate control. The passenger side blows cold air when the heat is on. Is there a way to trouble shoot problem to determine what it will cost to correct this problem?

I bet it's just the infrared temperature sensor that should be mounted somewhere on the dashboard. Have it tested and replaced.
