first you have to complete all the episodes in chapter 5 and then you will recieve the mascot dressphere.

To obtain Mascot, its not that simple. Although you have to complete every aspect in chapter 5, there are some conditions; 1. you cant get any episode concluded, if you get even one, that says that, your screwed. 2. You must have defeated garik in chapter 3 in mt gazart. If not, your screwed, the musicians in Guadosalam wont appear, therefore you get episode concluded. 3. you cannot put Zanakard last, to play it safe, finis zanakard first. then aboard the celcius and Brother gives you the reward, MASCOT DSP! its a very good dressphere, especially with Yuna.
