You can go to Fixya.com they are great and can tell you exactly how to fix it - They really helped me and it was free

Some DVDs are thicker than others - enough to feel the difference. I have 2 DVDs that would not eject. Fortunately some genius at Fixya found that pushing a playing card folded in half into the slot during the eject would pop the DVD out far enough for me to grab it. I was able to do it without folding the playing card. Other DVDs work fine.
